Teenagers don’t need another fitness class.
Teen Pilates at Precision Pilates provides a calm, structured environment where students can build strength, coordination, and confidence through guided movement.
This is not a drop-in class or group fitness environment.
This is a space where they can feel more comfortable in their body.
Sessions are designed to be consistent, focused, and individually guided — allowing each student to progress at their own pace.
Private (1:1) or duet (2:1 maximum) sessions only
Led by a third-generation Classical Pilates teacher with 20 years’ experience.

How to Get Started
All students begin with an initial assessment, followed by two private sessions.
This allows time to build familiarity, confidence, and a clear understanding of how your teen moves.
From there, sessions continue on a weekly, term-based schedule.
