Step 1: Initial Consultation

Step 2: To begin your Classical Pilates journey, new clients complete a short series of private sessions. These one-on-one lessons allow us to discuss your goals, introduce you to the apparatus, review studio procedures, and begin learning your personal sequence of exercises, known as your order. A minimum of four to six private sessions is required before joining the group Open Studio sessions. Start-Up Package:  4 x 45-minute Private Sessions $300

Step 3: Join the Open Studio

Once your initial private sessions are complete and you feel confident and competent in your program, you’ll transition into the Open Studio environment.

Clients are encouraged to train two to three times per week to experience the full benefits of the Classical Pilates method and maintain steady progress within their personal program.

This session ensures your future training is safe, effective, and aligned with the Classical Pilates method.

Initial Consultation

A semi-private session designed for experienced students of the Classical Pilates method to deepen and refine their personal practice. Under the attentive guidance of a certified teacher, clients work semi-independently through their individualized programs, using the full range of studio apparatus, including the Reformer, Wall Unit, High Mat, Wunda Chair, and more.

This is not a group class, but a structured training environment that allows you to progress at your own pace while still receiving hands-on corrections, coaching, and support as needed.

For clients who:

• Have completed a minimum of 4 private sessions

• Are confident working semi-independently with teacher supervision

Open Studio Session

Private Session

Our Private Sessions are completely tailored to your individual needs and goals, offering a highly personalized approach to your Pilates practice. Each session provides the opportunity to work across a full range of Classical apparatus, including the Reformer, Chairs, Barrels, Pedi-Pole, Tower, Cadillac, Spine Corrector, and various small props.

Consultation Required.

All new members must complete an initial consultation. A minimum of four to six private sessions is required before progressing to group Open Studio.

Duet Session – Semi-Private Contrology Training (2 Students)

Duet Sessions are semi-private lessons with just two students per session, offering highly personalised attention within a shared training environment. Each session follows the Classical Contrology approach, tailored to your individual needs and progression, and utilising a full range of authentic apparatus.

Whether you attend with a partner, friend, or family member, Duet Sessions are adaptable to all experience levels. Beginners will focus on building strong foundations and mastering key Contrology principles and technique. More experienced students will deepen their practice through progressive conditioning, strength work, and endurance training to further refine control and precision.

The cost is shared between participants.

Duet (Duo) Session

Our Mat Pilates sessions (maximum 4 clients) are rooted in the Classical Pilates Method, which focuses on strengthening and lengthening the body. These sessions are grounded in the principles created by Joseph Pilates over 100 years ago and offer a focused, controlled, and precise approach to movement.

Mat work originated before the introduction of apparatus and includes over 600 exercises. As you progress, these movements build in difficulty, but every exercise can be modified to suit your individual level.

Expect to build a strong, balanced body, improve flexibility, and enhance your body awareness. With consistent practice, you'll notice improvements in your breathing, focus, and overall fitness.

Mat Pilates is suitable for all ages, bodies, and fitness levels, and modifications are available for any physical limitations. Pack of 5 lessons $125 or $24 per session
