Bookings & Attendance

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our booking system.

  • Please arrive on time and follow our Studio Etiquette guidelines.

  • Open Studio is available to clients who have completed the required introductory pathway.

  • Session availability is subject to our studio timetable and booking capacity.

Packages & Memberships

  • All session packages and memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

  • Session packs have specified expiry dates, which are displayed at the time of purchase.

  • Memberships are designed to support regular Pilates practice, with attendance options to suit different schedules.

  • Clients are responsible for managing their bookings and using sessions within the applicable validity period.

Cancellations & Missed Sessions

We have an 18-hour cancellation policy.

Sessions cancelled with less than 18 hours' notice, or missed appointments, will be charged as used.

Please cancel through our booking system as early as possible so your place can be offered to another client.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may affect your ability to retain a regular appointment time.

Timetable & Studio Cancellations

We reserve the right to adjust session times, formats and teaching arrangements as needed.

Occasionally, sessions may be cancelled due to insufficient bookings, teacher illness or unforeseen circumstances. This includes group sessions with only one client booked.

If we cancel a session, your booking will automatically be reversed and the session returned to your existing package or membership, subject to its usual terms and expiry dates.

Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

Studio Closures & Teacher Leave

Precision Pilates closes for scheduled holidays throughout the year. We will provide advance notice of planned closures wherever possible.

During planned studio closures, memberships will be paused and applicable session-pack expiry dates extended for the closure period, where no alternative teacher or session is available.

Occasionally, sessions may need to be cancelled due to illness, professional development or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify affected clients as soon as reasonably possible.

Membership fees are not automatically reduced for public holidays. Any applicable adjustments will be communicated through our booking system.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Prices may be reviewed periodically, including at the beginning of each calendar year.

Changes to ongoing membership fees will be communicated to affected clients in advance.

Our Studio Approach

Precision Pilates is a small, specialised Classical Pilates studio offering individualised teaching in a supportive environment.

We encourage regular attendance to help clients develop confidence, understanding and continuity in their practice, while recognising that everyone has different schedules and commitments.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue services where there are legitimate safety, behavioural or professional reasons, subject to applicable law.
