Studio Ethos & Client Commitment
At Precision Pilates, our aim is to foster a long-term, stable, and rewarding studio environment supported by committed and consistent clients.
To maintain this standard, we are unable to accommodate clients who require more than eight weeks off per year, as this disrupts the continuity essential to a sustainable practice.
We also do not work with clients who prefer to pause and restart their training on a recurring basis.
Membership at our studio is designed for regular, consistent participation. Accordingly, we ask that members commit to a minimum of two sessions per week.
We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who we feel are not aligned with our studio culture or for whom we are not the right professional fit.
We also reserve the right to adjust our schedule and make session cancellations as required.
If these expectations do not align with your needs, Precision Pilates may not be the right fit for you.
Pricing & Annual Adjustments
Prices may increase at the start of each calendar year.
Our clients acknowledge and support our right to maintain fair and sustainable wage growth in line with Australian Fair Work standards.
All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise noted.
Studio Closures & Leave
We will take periods of holiday leave throughout the year.
During these times, no membership fees will be deducted, and any active passes will be extended by the length of the holiday period, provided no alternative teacher or session is offered during that time.
Membership fees are not reduced for weeks that include a public holiday, even if the week runs a day short.
From time to time, we may travel for work or training events, which can require the cancellation of certain sessions or days.
We also believe in fair workplace practices and the right to take sick leave when necessary while maintaining job and income security.
There may therefore be occasions where we cancel sessions due to travel or illness.
In these instances, we do not offer refunds for missed days; however, we always make every effort to minimise disruption.
These practices uphold fair and sustainable workplace standards in line with Australian Fair Work legislation.
Clients will be notified early morning by group email and/or text on any day we are unable to teach due to illness.
